Tinges Commons was is collaborative public art space located at the southeast corner of 33rd and Frisby Streets in Waverly, Baltimore, MD. The public space once featured the Tinges Commons Kiosk, a community garden, and temporary sculptures. It was located next to a former artist-run home called "Mirkwood". Together they were called Mirkwood Estates. The garden and sculpture program wound down in 2013 while the kiosk continued to display temporary murals into the 2020s.
