I was on Midday today, "Baltimore's New Food Czar", asking about the city's soon to be discontinued leaf mold program. Assistant Health Commissioner Madeleine Shea dodged my question about a city-wide composting program to help out community gardens and such by deferring to the city's budget crisis. My question comes up at minute 37:07.
Tinges Commons is collaborative public art space located at the southeast corner of 33rd and Frisby Streets in Waverly, Baltimore, MD. The public space features the Tinges Commons Kiosk, and is located next to the artist-run home formerly known as "Mirkwood". Together they were called Mirkwood Estates.
