Tinges Commons is collaborative public art space located at the southeast corner of 33rd and Frisby Streets in Waverly, Baltimore, MD. The public space features the Tinges Commons Kiosk, and is located next to the artist-run home formerly known as "Mirkwood". Together they were called Mirkwood Estates.
